from mere wine tasting humans? Who is to say? Who is to judge the Judge? When checking for this cosmic gear backlash… could it also be argued that what we have in Genesis a remembered story of God’s chosen people? These were those two who were brought out of an ancient evolutional political and social chaos from another civilization? Remember! The creation story is also recorded somewhat in such ancient, non-biblical epics as the “Enuma Elish”, which is basically the story of Job. . . and the “Epic of Gilgamesh”, a tale which predates Noah’s flood. These ancient writings point us toward an established truth. Thus we can more easily buy into a theological view of “chosen-ness” for Adam and Eve from the beginning. In seven days God started all things. God had a plan for creating, testing, and saving we humans. Thus when the storied first couple bit the apple, they worked without knowing into what God had planned from the beginning. Through these initial persons chosen... stereotypes for those who followed... God built his people into the nation of Israel. As you can see here, there is much to be thought about whether you favor scientific or theological answers. The nice part is that we don’t have to agree. |
Also of importance to creationism is the scientific investigation of sub-atomic particles. If we dare move our investigation from the complex toward the simple, which is contrary to the upward mandate. . . and explore beneath the atomic structures in quarks, neutrons, photons, neutrinos, etc… we eventually arrive sn astounding discovery. We determine that beneath all material existence is energy. This creative energy emits from sub-atomic quark structure in no particular pattern, and the particle has no mass. Physicists and other authorities scientifically term this |
energy as being emitted by “aselective randomization”. Thus science itself has determined that random energy is the basis for all natural matter, and that everything is formed out of this chaos. How biblical! Science determines that energy forms all material things, and we are driven to ask whether energy therefore is an expression from God…. and our natural universe is thus a product made manifest by God’s Word, Remember! Genesis says that God created out of chaos by speaking things into existance. Consider this! Energy cannot be destroyed; it simply changes state. For example, heat energy in the burning of automotive hydrocarbon fuel converts to mechanical energy (usually less than 30%) to move a vehicle, and the remaining energy disperses from the engine through radiation, conduction, and convection. I offer to you that since energy cannot be destroyed, could it not be that its ever present source is thus an omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient Creator? My faith posits a resounding “Yes!” |
Creative Torque (cont’d)! |
Termed scientifically as a “prime mover”, the automobile’s gasoline or diesel engine converts chemical energy to mechanical energy. |
