large disregard for the value of human life, either born or unborn. This tells me there is very likely a threshold time… an apocalyptic time... fast approaching. Listen to the words of our Lord in scripture. They once again prophecy to us. In the gospel according to Saint Luke, we read… “When you hear of wars and tumults, do not be terrified; for this must first take place, but the end will not be at once." |

Then he said to them, "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; there will be great earthquakes, and in various places famines and pestilences; and there will be terrors and great signs from heaven. But before all this they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons, and you will be brought before kings and governors for my name's sake. This will be a time for you to bear testimony. Settle it therefore in your minds, not to meditate beforehand |

how to answer; for I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which none of your adversaries will be able to withstand or contradict. You will be delivered up even by parents and brothers and kinsmen and friends, and some of you they will put to death; you will be hated by all for my name's sake. With the limited capacity for stable guidance in our present leadership, considering especially socialist leanings of the recent election as our aged and bumbling President meets with an aggressive power monger from China, I believe we need to pay close attention to Jesus’ priceless words. We need to hear them clearly before the Advent season arrives; before we who are the Church begin again. As our nation now struggles with the confusion of gas and food shortages, inflation and a governmental push that endorses expensive electric cars, let us pray once more for the coming of the Prince of Peace.
