We are responsible for the good of our neighbors! But, finding proper action is risky for the Church. Scripture tells us of drastic differences in opinion from our very beginnings. The Letter To The Galatians shows disagreement between Paul and Peter. As a disciple that expected Jesus to become the ruler of Israel, Peter attempted to change our Lord’s purposeful march. This instance occurred before Jesus was arrested.., killed…, and buried. The lesson reveals to us that persons listening to Jesus, including Peter and other followers… had no understanding of the importance of his  ministry. Peter’s own political ambitions stood in the way of his understanding. He voiced this concern not likely in fear of what could happen to Jesus, but more so… over what would happen to his own hopes if Jesus would die. That would dash his hopes, and the aspirations of others such as James and John.
